I couldn't not post post a pink card after all the lush Pink cards we have had over the last couple of weeks.
I did a bit of a stash cleanout with this card, the paper is about 5 years old and one of the first sheets I purchased when I started scrapbooking.
I had fun playing with a range of the E family on this card.....
Girl Bear - E33, E35, E42
Boy Bear - E57,E37,E77
Top Hat - N4, N6, N8

Lil Lolita in Pink
Hi Louise here with my first card for this months M4M colouring pink challenge. I have used a Lil Lolita image for this card as I thought she would look just FABULOUS in pink and I was right, she does.
For her dress and headband I used RV02, RV04, RV06 & RV09.
Her hair is Y04, Y21, Y23, & YR24
Eyes are B04 & B06
Boots and Belt are C3, C7 & C9
I have added Glossy Accents to her boots, belt and eyes and have used clear spica on her dress and headband to give it sparkle, it hasn't shown up very well in the picture but it is there.
Hope you will join in this challenge with us. I loved making this card as those who know me would have expected.... just colour me PINK!

Quick & Easy, Fast & Simple
A super simple card for you this week and a technique ANYONE with copics can do with no training or lessons....... colouring paper flowers to match your card. Simple dimple, just use the brush tip to either colour completely, as shown on the bottom cream flower (E50) or touch the tip lightly and brush outwards as shown on the top blue flower (E15) to just highlight certain areas of the flower.
This is fantastic when you just don't have the "perfect" coloured flower!

Louise's ATC Contribution
So unless you have been living under a rock or this is your first visit to the fabulous Mad 4 Markers Blog you will be aware that the challenge for the fortnight is to create an ATC using copics in some way. We are also having a swap so it will be fun to see what you get in return. All you have to do is make an ATC and link it in the side bar on Mr Linky then pop it in the mail to Sammi. Easy Peasy.
I had a bit of a drama as I was going to post my ATC yesterday, I had been really goood and had it all prepared a week early even. Then I couldn't find it, grrrrrr. So I made another then when I went to put my tape away I found the original, don't ya hate that.
These are my first ATCs and they were lots of fun to make and as Tracey mentioned earlier in the challenge a great way to use up the little scraps we all hoard away.

Something Other Than Paper - Childs Singlet
I had lots of fun with this challenge. As you can see I have stamped on one of Jodies singlets and coloured with copics. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink then heat set it using my iron. I coloured the image with Copics but I didn't go as close to the black line as I normally would because the colour bleeds slightly, as you can see on the mouses head. I then heat set the image again once I had finished colouring the image.
Unfortunately my model was unavailable at the time of publishing this post to be photographed in her newly accessorised singlet but I will see if I can sneak a photo in later.
Project Materials......
Singlet - Baby City
Image - The Greeting Farm
Buttons and ribbon - Spotlight
Copic Colours.....
Mouse - N3, N4, R32
Turtle - Y00, Y02, Y06,G03,YG06,YG23, E57,E71
Carrot - YR04
Shadow - C3
Edited to add......
My model materialised from her beauty sleep and agreed to pose for the M4M Blog just this once at a much reduced fee........

Even More Feather Blending
I have used one of the Fairytale Magnolias for this and one peice of Basic Grey 6x6 paper. I have added dew drops to the flowers with some glossy accents and added a little interest with some distress stickles in rock candy. My favourite thing about this card is how the feather blending (Y00 & RV00) on Tilda's dress matches the colours in the papers so well.
Don't forget to join in on our Feather Blending challenge and add your blog post link to Mr Linky in the right hand corner of the side bar.
Card Uses.....

Tutorial - Copics with Shimmering H2Os
Today I would like to share how I use Shimmering H2Os with my copics for adding highlight and shine.
This is just my technique and I am not copic certified but I like doing it this way, it works and it is simple.
First I colour my image as I normally would then I choose my H2O colour, I usually choose a colour that is the same colour but is lighter than my lightest copic colour I want to paint over.
Using an Aquabrush, I paint from the darkest shade on my image to the lightest in sections. This is because when you first dip your brush in the H2o pottle the colour is darker then lightens as you use your brush. (Just like normal watercolours)

As you can see you get a gorgeous shimmer on your image but still retain the original colour, shading and blending.
Image turned to the side to pick up shimmer.
And the finished product on a card.

We would love to see what you come up with using this technique so if you like leave a link to your creation.
